Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use a strong, unique password for your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Retayn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will NOT:

• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app
• Use the service for any illegal activities
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users
• Share personal contact information publicly

Community Guidelines

Retayn fosters a supportive recovery community. When participating in community features, you agree to:

• Treat all community members with respect and kindness
• Share experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental manner
• Maintain appropriate boundaries and privacy
• Report inappropriate behavior to our moderation team
• Avoid sharing triggering or explicit content

Subscription and Payment

• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Termination
